A lot of options for breakfast

Good pancakes and bacon. Nice and ideal location right next to The Social. Efficient staff from the housekeepers to the waiters

The location here is fantastic, right by the business district with a great mall and plenty of restaurants to choose from, plus it's close to shopping areas.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to churches, malls, and restaurants. They offer pancakes and bacon for breakfast in the lobby. There are good restaurants, a grocery, movie theaters, and a day spa nearby. 

New room with 2 comfy full beds and air conditioning to keep you cool 😊.

This place is conveniently located near the lobby, restaurant, mall, and dining options, offering excellent service - we would definitely return if we visit again.

The breakfast here is awesome, they have a wide range of options to choose from. We love how convenient it is, being so close to a port ⚓️.

Our room had a king-sized bed, and the location was fantastic, being close to a port.

The hotel is pleasant and clean. Good views of the garden at Misto restaurant. Excellent soundproofing in the deluxe twin room. Great storage space and iron available. Lovely and amazing staff who respond quickly and nicely to requests. 

The room here was spacious with cozy beds and great soundproofing, and also had storage, an iron, plus a convenient location near the taxi stand with interesting interior design.

The hotel had a great location just next door to The Social. The room was wonderful and adequate, included with internet and comfy furnishings, for example❤

Everything great!

I really enjoyed my stay at Seda Ayala Center Cebu for a business trip. The hotel's central location next to an incredible shopping center with about 35 restaurants was great.- It was just off the best shopping centers and the mall, which was convenient. 

It was fairly clean, I will certainly stay here again. It was in an unbeatable location just next door to Chapel.

Nothing to fault.

We loved the hotel's location next to the Ayala Centre mall in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a stone's throw away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were 

Hotel is 100mt away from AYALA Shopping mall and everything is nice. There is nice massage service and so kind staff.

Location for city business

Bit of a musty smell in my room - not intolerable but noticeable
